Towneplace Suites Sioux Falls

The check-in process was chaotic and the room did not match the online pictures. The air conditioning was hardly effective, and the front desk staff seemed indifferent to my concerns.

Appreciated a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Had plenty of options for breakfast, it was good. The staff was accommodating and check in was friendly.

Had a really great time. Stunningly beautiful hotel, fairly clean, THOUGHTFUL staff, location in the middle of jackson was peaceful. Location: the venue was not far from the Denny Sanford Premier Center and Sioux Falls. Had tea and goodies at Coffea Roasterie, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

Towneplace suites was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, and the hot breakfast had a nice variety, including canadian bacon and eggs. The location is great, with a large grassy area nearby for a nice walk. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience.

would recommend, but the internet could be better.

Rolling table in our room was a nice touch, but with only one chair, it was a bit awkward playing cards with my husband. We also faced inconsistent water pressure while showering was great.

The hot breakfast each morning was a great start to the day, but waiting an hour for a ride back to the hotel was frustrating and left a negative impression.
